Compensation From $80,000 to $95,000 based on experience, annual performance bonus included

You spend significant time on the sales floor serving customers, ensuring inventory is optimized and lead by example

You keep the customer at the heart of what we do and foster an environment where each customer is handled like a VIP

Who We’re Looking For

We prefer candidates with proven retail experience who love to work in a team-based environment. We’re seeking people who are passionate about their communities, the environment and caring for others. We need people who participate in and appreciate our core values of trust, integrity, honesty and accountability. Folks who deal well with ambiguity, learn on the fly, demonstrate sound judgment and solve problems creatively are most successful with us. We’re looking for someone who builds and maintains relationships with ease and desires to put the customer at the center of everything they do. Three plus years of experience managing a team of people in a retail setting with a passion for growing and developing employees. Multi-unit or high-volume, specialty retail experience a plus

· Demonstrates highly developed emotional intelligence

· Ability to make sound judgment calls in the absence of direction

· Flexible amidst competing priorities and adaptable to the fast-paced environment

of a retail store while rallying the team with positivity

· Experience in inventory management, auditing and analytics

Physical Requirements

· Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time

· Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products, necessary for customer service, inventory stocking and store merchandising

· Continually able to walk up and down a staircase carrying boxes, products and other necessary items

· Able to regularly perform store maintenance: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, mop and clean

· Able to safely lift boxes up to 55 pounds

· Comfortable climbing ladders

Schedule

Our store is open seven days a week. You must be available to work a minimum of one weekend day, two opening shifts and two closing shifts per week.
