We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic retail professional to join our established independent designer boutique in Dublin.

This is an important role within the business, combining exceptional customer service, styling and client relationships with the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the boutique.

We are looking for someone with experience in premium or designer retail who is confident with customers, commercially minded and ready to take real responsibility.

We are a long-established independent boutique with a loyal clientele and a carefully curated edit of international designer brands, including A.P.C., Isabel Marant, Christian Wijnants, forte_forte, Vanessa Bruno, MOTHER Denim, Maison Kitsuné, K. Jacques, Epice Paris, Janessa Leoné, Ginette NY, Aurélie Bidermann, Salt-Water Sandals, Astier de Villatte and more.

We offer a personal and knowledgeable approach to fashion retail, with an emphasis on beautiful product, thoughtful styling and genuine client relationships.

The role:

You will play a key part in the day-to-day running and continued growth of the boutique.

The role will include:

• Developing strong and lasting relationships with our clients
• Providing highly personalised styling and product advice
• Driving sales and contributing to the continued growth of the business
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Developing repeat business and client loyalty
• Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Keeping a close eye on stock, sell-through and commercial performance
• Supporting the smooth running of the boutique
• Taking initiative and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and business performance
• Taking responsibility for the team and wider operation of the boutique, depending on experience

About you

You will ideally have experience in premium, luxury or designer retail and a proven ability to build relationships and achieve strong commercial results.

You will be:

• Genuinely interested in fashion, product and styling
• Commercially aware and naturally motivated by results
• Skilled at developing client relationships and repeat business
• Professional, polished and well presented
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility
• Someone who takes pride in their work and has high standards
• Comfortable working in a small, independent business where initiative and good judgement are valued

We are open to the right level of experience. You may already be an experienced Store or Boutique Manager, or you may be a highly accomplished senior sales professional who is ready for more responsibility.
