The opportunity:
Support the Retail Merchandise team with day-to-day office operations, including Shopify store, customer service, data entry, reporting and general office tasks.

Your day to day:

Assist with maintain Shopify store content, including photoshoots and listing updates
Manage and respond to Zendesk customer inquiries
Support product selection and sample management with the Production Manager
Provide general administration and office support that includes basic reporting on sales, stock, data entry, reservation forms and customer trends
Follow compliance guidelines and suggest process improvements
