We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Retail Performances and Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and performance optimization in our luxury retail environment through ensuring seamless store operations, supporting retail staff, and maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.
- Act as the critical link between store-level operations and headquarters
- Free up retail staff's bandwidth to focus 100% on sales
- Be the voice of stores at the head office, ensuring retail-friendly solutions and clear communication
- Maintain the "luxury bubble" by identifying and proactively addressing potential operational issues
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs for retail teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and in-depth analysis
- Lead taskforces for: Store openings, closures, relocations, and pop-up events
- Orchestrating headquarters communications with stores
- Ensuring white-glove delivery of HQ projects (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year, fragrance launches)
- Maintain back-of-house (BOH) standards and compliance
- Conduct yearly store stock-takes and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Manage store-to-store transfers
- Manage operational reconciliations
- Handle staff uniform management and staff clothing allowances
- Provide comprehensive operational support and IT support for in-store digital tools
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure documentation
- Facilitate sharing of best practices across the organization
- Proven experience in retail operations management
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in English
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
- Ability to maintain high standards in a dynamic environment
