Responsibilities – Sales & Business Development Manager (Jewellery Store)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, high-value clients, and repeat buyers.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase store sales and customer acquisition.
- Manage daily showroom sales operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Guide customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyse trends to improve conversion rates.
- Train and mentor sales staff to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
- Maintain proper inventory coordination with the operations team.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, store presentation, and customer service quality.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
