Working Hours (Job to start end of May):

• Friday: 10.30-5.30pm
• Saturday: 10.30am-5.30pm
• Sunday: 1.00pm-4.00pm (closed in January)
• May be needed for busy periods like bank holidays/Christmas etc

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion and enjoys working with people. You will be the face of our store, providing outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Sales:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product recommendations and styling advice to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries both in-store and via email, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, handle cash and card payments, and balance tills at the end of your shift.
• Store Operations:
• Maintain store presentation, including organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are well-displayed and labeled with correct prices.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, shrinkage controls, and replenishment/re-ordering of merchandise.
• Steaming and unboxing clothes

Other tasks (more ad-hoc if needed)

• Social media/customer service tasks
• The odd time there may be help needed alongside our team to help with creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Order Packing and Fulfillment (usually only needed if someone else is on holiday)
• Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure orders are packed with care and attention to detail.
• General Duties:
• Keep the store and staff areas tidy, clean, and organized at all times.
• Assist with receiving, processing, and storing deliveries.
• Report any discrepancies, issues, or stock shortages.

Key Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of previous experience in a retail environment is a must, preferably in fashion but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work confidently and effectively with the public.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Passion for fashion and current trends.
• Basic administrative skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible to work more week days if needed to cover staff holidays
