We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at South Morang on a Full Time Basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed company targets
- Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
- Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous retail sales experience
- Ability to close the sale
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- High standards of in-store presentation
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Must be available to work weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 2 years (Preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 08/12/2024
