Job Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Retail sales assistant to join our busy pet store. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for animals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and animals

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Previous retail experience in a similar role
• Animal knowledge is essential
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
