Retail Sales Assistant/Promoter

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant/Promoter to represent the Riedel glassware brand at our departmental stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving monthly sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting the unique Riedel glassware concept.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product promotion.

· Maintain punctuality and a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.

· Actively promote the Riedel brand and educate customers on the Riedel glass concept and product benefits.

· Ensure the retail counter display is consistently neat, visually appealing, and stocked with relevant products.

· Perform regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.

· Demonstrate the features and benefits of Riedel glassware to customers, including product usage and care.

· Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.

· Support in-store promotions and marketing activities to drive product awareness and sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous experience in retail sales or a promotional role is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of or interest in fine glassware or luxury products is an advantage.

· Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
