We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time associate.

Our ideal candidate would have 10 to 15 hrs availability, be able to open or close the store independently, as well as be able to cover shifts if needed throughout the week. Our hours are 11AM – 9PM Sunday, 10AM-10PM Monday - Wednesday and 10AM – 11PM Thursday – Saturday. Must be able to work evenings, weekends as well as statutory and public holidays.

We are looking for a hard working, reliable, sales-driven individual who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a small team. Being open-minded is vital to thriving in this type of environment. Having a willingness to learn will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
• Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed correctly.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in adult products is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation standards.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that inform and persuade customers about product benefits.

Must have at least 1 years of retail and sales experience and be 18 years or older to apply. Some product knowledge is a bonus, as well as experience with lingerie sizing.
