Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - FB live posts, FB posts on company page
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of posting on FB is preferred but not required

Job Schedule

• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Sunday: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Monday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
