We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Staff to join our team at Cutie Pie Cake Shop. Whether you're a fresher or have some retail experience, if you have a positive attitude and a passion for customer service, we welcome you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about products and take customer orders
Operate the billing system and manage cash/card payments
Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of the store
Assist in stocking and inventory checks
Support team members and follow store procedures
Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
Requirements:
Fresher or experienced candidates welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of handling billing (training will be provided)
Customer-friendly and positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a strong work ethic
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12500- ₹14000 per month
