Full-Time Pet Specialist

Attention all pet lovers!

Do you light up when you’re around animals? Love chatting with people (especially the ones shopping with their furry friends)? We’re on the hunt for a full-time team member who is passionate, knowledgeable about pets, and ready to help them live their happiest, healthiest lives!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of pet care, nutrition, and products
• Friendly, trustworthy, and ready to jump in when needed
• Comfortable working days, evenings, and weekends
• Available to start as soon as possible

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting customers at the till
• Providing excellent customer service and pet care advice
• Opening and closing the store with confidence
• Keeping the store clean, stocked, and well organized
• Receiving orders and stocking shelves
• Lifting products up to 15kg (think big bags of kibble!)

• Confident communication and people skills
• Positive, energetic, and eager to learn
• A reliable team player who can also work independently
• Previous retail or animal-related experience (an asset, not required)
