Included Locations: we also routinely travel to Madison, Monona, Verona, Middleton, Sun Praire and nearby areas)

Position Details:

• Paid training covering both sides of our industry: key cutting, fob programming, as well as sales and customer service — no previous experience needed!

Typical Daily Tasks:

• Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Assist clients with key and lock-related issues professionally.
• Learn to create, program, and duplicate vehicle keys and fobs.
• Keep accurate digital records of sales, inventory, and key production.
• Engage in hands-on activities like VIN retrieval, testing keys, and hardware handling.

Qualifications:

• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to serve Garland and neighboring areas.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as entering and exiting the van and retrieving vehicle VINs.
