About the Role

Global Gadgets is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our premium retail operations at Khan Market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronics and premium home appliances retail, with proven expertise in driving sales, managing store operations, leading high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Product Expertise

Candidates should have hands-on experience in selling premium products across the following categories:

* Smartphones & Accessories

* Laptops & Tablets

* Smart TVs & Home Entertainment

* Home Appliances

* Audio Products

* Smartwatches & Smart Home Devices

Experience with premium international brands such as Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG, Dyson, Bose, Nespresso, G3 Ferrari (Italy) and similar global brands,will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage end-to-end retail store operations.

* Drive sales performance and consistently achieve business targets.

* Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.

* Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining premium service standards.

* Manage inventory, stock planning, and coordination with vendors and brand partners.

* Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and implement strategies to improve store productivity.

* Ensure excellent visual merchandising and compliance with company standards.

* Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 7–15 years of experience in electronics and premium home appliances retail.

* Proven experience in managing premium retail stores and sales teams.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales planning.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives (target based)
