Sales Merchandiser – Join the Camsaw Distributors Team!

Location: Republic of Ireland

Full-Time Position

Ideally located in: Laois, Offaly, Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, or Tipperary (Ireland East)

At Camsaw Distributors Ltd, we specialise in providing high-quality garden machinery and equipment to DIY, Hardware and Dealer stores across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and dedicated Sales Merchandiser to help elevate the shopping experience and build strong relationships with our DIY & Hardware customers — with potential expansion to our Dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & install creative and visually appealing product displays that highlight our range of machinery, tools, and accessories.
• Collaborate with store management teams to ensure displays align with sales goals, seasonal themes, and promotions.
• Maintain store layout and ensure products are properly arranged for easy customer navigation and maximum sales impact.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and product innovation to keep displays fresh and engaging.
• Regularly refresh and update displays to reflect new stock, seasonal changes, and current promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to ensure display integrity.
• Support the coordination and delivery of customer events throughout the year.
• Assist with the sales order process and other business activities in collaboration with the local Sales Executives and National Retail Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment related to hardware / Retail.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and identifying trends.
• Ability to think strategically and understand the customer experience and how this follows through to the sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong IT skills are essential for this role
• Full clean Drivers Licence required
