Job Summary

Must live within or very near the area to be able to travel and reside in between retail stores in the Vero Beach areas. This merchandising position does require traveling with up to 1hr15min radius sometimes.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by ensuring that products are displayed effectively and are readily available for customers. You will work closely with store management to implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and improve product visibility. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage with customers positively.

Duties

• Maintain attractive product displays according to company standards and promotional guidelines.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and labeled correctly.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify reorder needs.
• Collaborate with store management to execute merchandising plans and promotional setups.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product information.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for transactions when needed.
• Handle cash responsibly and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions about product placement.
• Supervise merchandising activities as needed, providing guidance to team members.

• Experience in store management or retail environments is a plus.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
