Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer queries, provide product information, and offer recommendations to maximize sales.
Sales & Promotions: Actively upsell/cross-sell products and promote special offers or loyalty programs.
Transactions: Efficiently process payments (cash, credit) using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Merchandising & Stock: Restock shelves, organize the sales floor, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Operations: Assist with inventory counts, open/close the store, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Strong verbal communication to interact with diverse customers.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds.
Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, calculate discounts, and process transactions accurately.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holiday
