Duties

• Recruit and interview potential candidates to build a strong team.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Organize staff schedules to optimize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong skills in training development, recruiting, and interviewing.
• Proficiency in math for inventory management and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and customers.
• Ability to market products effectively within the store environment.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
