You'll join the Sales & Retail Design leadership team at a time of exciting change, with a unique opportunity to shape how Sales and Com-in work together in the future while having a direct impact on the customer experience.
For the right person, the role also offers a strong development opportunity towards a future Com-in Manager position.
Your mission is to create inspiring, relevant and commercial home furnishing solutions that strengthen the customer experience, drive revisitation and support growth.
- You know how to turn customer insights, trends and commercial priorities into solutions that engage customers and drive business results.
- You have experience leading and developing people in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You enjoy collaborating across functions and building strong partnerships.
- You are motivated by creating results through your team and continuously improving ways of working.
- Leading the overall retail design direction across layouts, range presentation, store media and visual merchandising.
- Developing inspiring and commercially strong home furnishing solutions based on customer insights and local market needs.
- Coaching and developing your team to build competence, creativity and performance.
- Working closely with colleagues across the store to create a consistent and inspiring customer experience.
- Balancing creativity, commerciality and operational excellence in everything you do.
