Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. Duties

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Conduct regular inventory management to maintain stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Order and receive product weekly from manufacturers.
• Provide training and support to staff on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and POS systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management on store performance.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail sales processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift management.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work various shifts as needed are essential for this role.
