BoConcept Navan | Store Manager

BoConcept is a global brand with more than 300 stores in 85 countries.

We are looking for top performing managers to grow our established team and footprint, through the opening of a brand-new purpose built store in Navan. Co. Meath.

If you have a minimum of two years experience in a high value, luxury store management position we are interested in hearing from you.

Ideally - in the last three years - you will have managed an interiors store with turnover of at least €2m per annum, and will understand all the KPIs necessary to drive continued growth. You will have shown ability to lead from the front and drive daily sales.

You will understand the Furniture and Interiors industry, and be deeply familiar with large ticket sales processes. You will have direct hands on experience with customers. This is not an office based role.

You will be responsible for ensuring that a small team is hired and trained in ppreartation for launching a new store in late 2025.

Fluent English, a driving licence and eligibility to work in the EU required.
