Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

· Greets customers in a friendly manner

· Provides outstanding customer service

· Answers telephone calls warmly and professionally

· Answers customer questions as needed

· Brings customer to products throughout store

· Helps customer select products and suggests add on items as appropriate

· Help customers carry their items out when needed

· Help check-in and put away inventory as it is received

· Helps maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the store

· Assists with inventory counts and adjustments
