Meadows and Byrne (Clonakilty branch), are looking for an ambitious supervisor to join their team.
As a supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in leading, developing, and training an energetic team.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader, enthusiastic, dynamic and have a proven track record of achieving results. They will be target driven and sales focused with a strong emphasis on customer service and people development. A keen eye for the latest trends is also essential and excellent visual merchandising skills would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities of this job include:
- Providing excellent leadership and guidance in store.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Ensuring the store and team are set up each day to ensure optimal productivity.
- Maintain regular communication with head office.
- Implementing excellent standards of merchandising.
- Delivering store targets.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
- Essential that you are available to work Monday - Friday, some weekend work will also be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
