We are looking for a supervisor to join our management team in our Nutgrove store. As a supervisor you will report to the store manager and be fully responsible for the day to day operation of the store. You must possess good people and communication skills and be good at developing people who work with you. You must be innovative, a good leader and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In summary you will be required to:

• Report directly to the Store Manager.
• Provide the highest level of customer care at store level.
• Maintain store standards and have a strong merchandise focus.
• Motivate and develop all of the team working in your store.
• Successfully implement all company policies and procedures.
