A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Retail Unit Manager of our Luxury Division in Finland, you will act as the commercial voice of L'Oréal Luxe in the field. You will manage and develop the Beauty Advisor (BA) network, optimizing business operations and translating high-level division strategies into localized retail growth.

• Commercial Optimization: Identify regional business opportunities and challenges to maximize sell-out performance and budget efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage and develop your field team, working side-by-side in-store to elevate performance and operational excellence.
• Retailer Partnerships: Present brand and launch initiatives to key retail partners to secure market share.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and education teams to execute impactful animations, BA events, and consumer roadshows.

We Are Looking For

• Experience within retail supervision or a similar management role, with a strong understanding of the luxury cosmetics market.
• An operative, self-starting mindset combined with a strategic view of district management.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis and presentations.
• Core Skills: In-Store Excellence, Retail/Trade Activation, Category Activation Management, Channel & Customer Activation, Account Management.
• Please note: This is a fixed-term contract until mid-September 2027.
