As a Retail Team Member Trainee will be equipped with comprehensive sales training and resources to successfully perform responsibilities, maximize sales performance, and drive growth for our retail partners. This entry level position offers comprehensive sales training and ongoing mentorship designed to prepare you for success in the retail industry.

Retail Team Member Trainee Requirements:

• Serve as a frontline Retail Team Member Trainee for our retail partners and guide customers through the sales process
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits related to customer needs
• Achieve sales goals by following a defined sales process in accordance with our retail partner’s policies
• Ability to offer knowledgeable service recommendations that address customer needs
• Welcome customers with a warm and inviting demeanor
• Collaborate with other Retail Team Member Trainees and management to ensure store success and customer satisfaction
• Apply constructive feedback given by Management on how to improve sales and customer service skills

Retail Team Member Trainee Qualifications and Related Experience:

• Displays excellent communication skills
• Availability to work retail hours
• Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
• Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
• Entry-level background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industries
• Motivated by hitting sales targets, deadlines, and achieving goals

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,400.00 per week
