Deliver top quality Service Bulletin (SB), on time to our customers prioritizing the safety and airworthiness compliance. Answer to customer queries and support SB embodiment.

Responsibilities

• Create mechanical illustrations in accordance with Airbus Illustration standards and guides

• Interpret authoring mock-ups to understand the requirements and fulfil the same

• Extract 3D files for Digital Mock-up (DMU)

• Follow Airbus Illustration Work-flow process in SAP

• Answer to customer queries on illustrations within the given timeline

• Reviewing mechanical illustrations created by suppliers and record the findings in the non-conformity management tool to generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans

• Actively contribute to improving SB Illustration processes and tools as a business representative

• Ensure that the information provided in Service Bulletins meets customer satisfaction in terms of safety, quality, lead-time and cost level

• Ensure interface with all involved organizations in the SB process (Engineering, Manufacturing, Tech Data …)

Requirements

• Education:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering

• Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years as Mechanical Illustrator for Airbus projects

• Skills:

  • Proficient in interpreting complex mechanical drawings

  • Well-versed in Airbus mechanical illustration standards and guides

  • Demonstrated expertise with Airbus standard tools for mechanical illustration such as:

    • SAP (IWDS workflow)

    • Umlaut TecDraw

    • TDUMS

    • DMU tools (3DJUUMP, Context Builder & NOVODESK)

  • Familiarity with Product View, Coreldraw and CATIA is a plus

  • Knowledge of Simplified Technical English (STE)

  • Knowledge of TRS, MAS, ITD/IAS & AD

  • Knowledge of aircraft technical specifications standard such as ATA iSpec2200 and S1000D

  • Project Management

  • Proactive, good team player and good organizational skills

  • Communication skills and assertiveness

  • Curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvement

  • A good level of English is mandatory
