Returns Associate

247 Fulfillment is a fast-growing Third Party Logistics company that ships orders for ecommerce and retail brands across Canada and the U.S.

We are looking for a full-time Returns Associate to process customer returns accurately, quickly, and according to client requirements.

This role is responsible for receiving returned products, inspecting them, updating the system, reporting issues, and working with the inventory team to make sure products are handled correctly. The right person will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Concord to start, then moving to our Mississauga warehouse
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Reports To: General Manager / Inventory Supervisor

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for processing returns in a timely and accurate way.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and sorting returned products
  • Inspecting returned items for damage, missing parts, packaging issues, or customer use
  • Processing returns in the WMS according to client-specific instructions
  • Determining whether products can be returned to sellable inventory, need rework, or should be held for review
  • Reworking products into sellable condition when possible, including folding, cleaning, repackaging, relabelling, or replacing packaging
  • Working with the inventory team to ensure returned products are moved into the correct locations
  • Reporting recurring return issues, product damage, packaging problems, or quality concerns
  • Keeping the returns area clean, organized, and easy to audit
  • Escalating unclear or damaged returns to the appropriate team member
  • Supporting inventory accuracy by making sure all return movements are properly scanned and recorded
  • Helping improve the returns process so it becomes faster, cleaner, and more accurate

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing detailed work properly.

You should be the type of person who can follow instructions, notice small issues, and keep your work area organized without needing constant reminders.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Warehouse, returns, inventory, quality control, or fulfillment experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow client-specific return instructions
  • Good judgment when inspecting products and identifying issues
  • Ability to stay organized while processing multiple returns
  • Comfort using a WMS or warehouse software; ShipHero experience is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Requirements

  • Must be able to work full-time in person
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to stand, move, bend, and lift during the shift
  • Warehouse, inventory, returns, or quality control experience is preferred
