We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Revenue Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, robust, and best-practice-based solutions. You will serve as the technical and functional leader, guiding project teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
· Lead discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements for the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
· Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, encompassing CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.
· Create comprehensive solution design documentation, including data models, process flows, integration specifications, and security models.
· Provide hands-on technical leadership and governance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the solution is built for scale, performance, and security.
· Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communicating complex concepts effectively.
· Define and implement best practices for solution design, development, and deployment within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud ecosystem.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹3,261,975.24 per year
