Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial processes associated with patient care, ensuring that billing and collections are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze patient accounts to ensure accurate billing and coding.
- Process claims submissions to insurance companies and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing by communicating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
- Monitor payment trends and identify areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and billing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and insurance policies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
