ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the end-to-end revenue operations process, from data collection to reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Analyze key revenue metrics and identify trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the company's internal processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance against KPIs.
Assist in the implementation of tools and systems to enhance revenue efficiency.
Proactively identify and recommend improvements to processes and systems.

ABOUT YOU

Possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (STEM degree)
3 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
Familiarity with CRM such as Salesforce is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail
A high level of English is required
