In order to accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist with a focus on Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales, and proven experience in Hubspot & Salesforce operations, to join our high-performing global Revenue Operations team.
As Revenue Operations Specialist, you will drive growth while working closely together with other departments to develop and implement revenue processes. We are hiring this role in our Helsinki office, operating on a hybrid work model. Applicants must have the right to work in the respective location, as we do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
Who you are:
- At at least 2 years of experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations, ideally in a SaaS company.
- Marketing & Sales Focus: This role is primarily focused on supporting our pre-sales & sales functions. You bring hands-on experience in enabling go-to-market teams, managing lead lifecycle processes, and driving campaign performance insights.
- Salesforce and HubSpot Expertise: You have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce — from managing data accuracy and optimizing processes to reporting and integrating with other marketing tools like HubSpot. You also have solid HubSpot skills, including campaign tracking, lead funnel management, and ensuring seamless data flow between the two systems.
- Your A-game: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously and a great attention to accuracy.
- Teamplayer: You are able to work collaboratively and effectively across different departments, stay composed under pressure and tackle challenges with positivity even in tough situations.
- Growth-Oriented and Adaptable: You embrace feedback, seek improvement, and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and priorities while driving operational efficiency.
- Tech-Savvy: You are confident with new technologies, have a strong understanding of SaaS/tech tools, and are familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and other tools to optimize RevOps processes.
Your responsibilities:
- You work closely with marketing, BDR, sales, and finance teams to develop and implement revenue processes.
- You support marketing and pre-sales efforts by ensuring operational alignment, maintaining lead and campaign data, and improving visibility into funnel performance.
- You analyze, optimise, and maintain our Salesforce data and records to identify anomalies and resolve data quality issues.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes and ensure accurate and timely data flow across the funnel.
- You maintain and optimise Salesforce and HubSpot for marketing, BDR and sales operations, ensuring effective campaign tracking and seamless integrations.
- You develop and maintain documentation of revenue-related processes and systems, and contribute to forecasting and planning efforts.
