Beauty Loop is continuing to grow and innovate it continues to be Australia’s most beloved Beauty Loyalty program. We are delivering change through the implementation of world class technology platforms (both within the loyalty space and via other MECCA teams), innovation in rewards and experiences as well as improved back end and reporting processes.

As the Reward Operations Manager, you will ensure the on-time delivery of sample stock for Beauty Loop campaigns and leads operations for key Beauty Loop Box initiatives. We are looking for an experienced candidate with skills in inventory management, stakeholder engagement, planning, and has strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering best in class, whilst having an agile mind set – hungry to deliver the best for our Beauty Loop Members. You are someone who is self-driven, thrives in autonomous roles, and takes ownership to achieve results with an agile mindset.

The role you could Play

Act as the second-in-command (2IC) for all Beauty Loop operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency.
Collaborate with the packing house to streamline processes and ensure timely fulfillment of campaigns.
Lead planning meetings prior to campaign launch, sharing confirmed reward details, gathering feedback from brands and the B&B team, and aligning on communication strategies.
Engaging with the wider loyalty team for reward sourcing input, alongside a laser focus on delighting the customer and commercial imperatives.
Work closely with Brands and the Buying & Brand (B&B) teams to ensure on-time reward shipments, collaborating with the Samples Coordinator to improve processes and efficiencies
Oversee budget management for rewards and cost of goods, ensuring campaigns remain within budget.
Manage Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) for campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders complete their reviews on time and provide consistent messaging.
Manage the full lifecycle of Beauty Loop Box campaigns, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring timely execution of all operational milestones.
Drive operational excellence in receiving rewards, ensuring timely arrival and correct volumes of goods.
Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring clear communication and facilitating the development of toolkits and bespoke planning resources as needed.
Own the communication process with brands, ensuring all necessary requirements are met before proposals are put forward to head of loyalty and senior operations manager.
Support the successful delivery of new initiatives within the Beauty Loop program, ensuring smooth integration with brand partner activities.
Lead change management efforts, analysing the impact on brand partners and ensuring effective communication and transition throughout the process.
