Job Title- RFP Writer (Marketing & Proposal Specialist)

Location - Mohali (Sec-83)

Shift - 12 PM to 09 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented RFP Writer to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing, writing, and submitting high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, grant applications, government tenders, and enterprise procurement requests.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Delivery Teams, and Leadership to create compelling, persuasive, and compliant proposals that improve our win rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze incoming RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender documents.
• Develop clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal responses.
• Coordinate with RFP Team, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to gather required information.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer-friendly business language.
• Customize responses based on customer industry, use case, and requirements.
• Ensure proposals meet all compliance, formatting, and submission requirements.
• Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines.
• Maintain and continuously improve the proposal content library, knowledge base, and reusable templates.
• Create executive summaries, cover letters, capability statements, and value propositions.
• Highlight differentiators, case studies, certifications, and customer success stories.
• Work with the design team to produce visually compelling proposal documents.
• Track proposal metrics including win/loss ratio, turnaround time, and submission quality.
• Continuously improve proposal processes using AI tools and automation.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience writing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, or business proposals.
• Excellent business writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of proposal lifecycle and procurement processes.
• Ability to convert technical information into business-focused messaging.
• Exceptional attention to detail and document quality.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience responding to proposals for one or more of the following:

• IT Services
• Digital Transformation
• AI & Automation
• Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Marketing Technology (MarTech)
• Data & Analytics
• Public Sector, Government, or Enterprise Procurement

Tools & Platforms

Experience with:

• Microsoft Word
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft Office Suite
• SharePoint
• Canva or PowerPoint
• ChatGPT or AI writing tools
• Proposal management platforms (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is a plus.
• Experience with government and enterprise proposals is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
