• Have experience in a ITICA(Irish Traditional Italian Chippers Association) style Fish and Chips or similar fast-food Takeaway , Minimum experience one year working in Ireland;
• Must be able to operate a frying range;
• Good knowledge of the English language with customer service;
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic kitchen environment;
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene;
• Team player and a positive attitude;
• Willingness to learn and take on various kitchen tasks;
