We're seeking someone to join our team as an Vice President Risk Reporting Team.
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyse and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

We are seeking a seasoned executive to assume the role of a Team Leader for the Risk Reporting and Analysis function in FRM Mumbai. This pivotal position involves steering the strategic direction and governance of our Risk Reporting functions. The team covers and monitors various risk stripes (Credit risk, Market risk, Liquidity risk and others) to facilitate reporting, analysis and control of risk information to meet the requirements of the Firm’s Risk Management function and the regulators.
The role also includes ensuring adherence with the Risk Data Policy and the BCBS 239 Principles requirements relevant for the Risk Reporting functions.
The Reporting function is responsible for the execution and strategic renovation of the Reporting framework for Risk across regulatory, senior risk committee, and portfolio management reporting across risk stripes globally.
The selected candidate will lead teams focused on partnering with Risk Stripes and Technology teams to develop and drive strategic solutions for process efficiency and data quality/data management and reporting challenges across FRM.
What you’ll do in the role:
Overall service delivery for execution of responsibilities across Risk Reporting including driving reporting transformation onto the strategic platform enabling timely, accurate, and high quality dashboarding and reporting for senior management’s decision making and complying with the regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies and lead execution of these initiatives to deliver tangible results.
Lead business intelligence tooling development agenda involving Power BI reporting.
Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams to ensure alignment and transparency in risk practices.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
Develop and execute a talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance risk awareness and capabilities across the organization.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, or a related discipline.
15+ years of work experience in the financial services industry preferably in Risk Management, Finance, Operations or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of risk management concepts and financial products.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI), data extraction and manipulation (SQL), reporting process automation (VBA), and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders effectively and thoughtfully.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
