Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Resource Planning & Allocation

Assist in maintaining the resource allocation plan across projects and functions.
Coordinate with project managers and team leads to understand resource requirements.
Assign resources based on availability, skillset, and project priority.
Monitor resource bandwidth and resolve allocation conflicts in collaboration with stakeholders.

Capacity & Demand Management

Track current and future resource demand using internal systems/tools.
Support the development of weekly/monthly resource forecasts.
Highlight risks related to underutilization or over‑allocation.
Maintain accurate data on employee skills, roles, and availability.

Data Management & Reporting

Update resource rosters, skills matrices, and utilization reports.
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
Analyze utilization trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure data accuracy in resource management tools (e.g., Service Now, Oracle)

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the central point of contact for resource‑related queries.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to communicate resource gaps, Closely working with Finance team, PMO and Vendor Management teams.
Participate in resource planning meetings and provide insights to the PMO and management.

Process Support

Support implementation of resource management processes and best practices.
Help improve tools, templates, and frameworks for workforce planning.
Maintain documentation related to allocation, onboarding, and offboarding.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in resource management, PMO, workforce planning, or scheduling roles.
Strong MS Excel skills; familiarity with MS Power BI, MS Project, or other RM tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.


Preferred Skills
Experience in IT services, consulting, or project‑based environments.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize efficiently.
