Treasure Coast Community Health, a well-established, ever-growing and highly respected healthcare provider / Federally Qualified Healthcare Center in the community is seeking a RN Nurse Manager to supervise and coordinate the Nursing Department. Will be responsible for interviewing, training, and developing the performance of the nursing team. (S)/he must be able to solve problems and resolve conflict. Directly supervises employees within the site Nursing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. This position assists the Medical Director and Director of Quality Assurance, Risk Management and Corporate Compliance with Quality Assurance reports, including preparing and conducting QA/QI committee meetings. Assists in AAAHC accreditation preparation and compliance. Oversees the Vaccines for Children's Program including ordering and reconciling vaccines for site. Reporting per state requirements. Ensures that equipment is maintained in good order and secures quality control on instrumentation, arranges diagnostic and therapeutic services, prepares examination rooms, orders and oversees medical supplies. Provides for complete and accurate documentation of patient electronic medical records.
Florida Registered Nurse is required. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPR required. Bilingual English / Spanish candidates are given top consideration.
