Overview
Job Summary
Creates and implement staff education and professional development activities and programs that optimize patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities

Collaborates with staff and representatives of other organizations to develop, present and or
evaluate clinically focused training, continuing education and or professional development
opportunities. - Participates in activities that promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Collaborates with leadership to assess the educational needs of the staff and develops
appropriate education plan. -
Participates in professional development and lifelong learning.
Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job. - Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing
- 2 - 5 Years’ Experience
- No Supervisor Experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Missouri RN License
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree – Nursing
- 5-10 Years’ Experience
- 2+ Years' Education Experience
- Specialty Board Certification
- Basic Cardiovascular Life Support
