Oakwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking to hire a RN Supervisor 11-7 every other weekend to join our team!
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON.
- Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to established care plans and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate residents' progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Uphold and promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing staff.
- Completes patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Schedule:
- Every other weekend 11-7.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
