Oakwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking to hire a RN Supervisor 11-7 every other weekend to join our team!

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON.
• Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to established care plans and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Uphold and promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing staff.
• Completes patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Schedule:

• Every other weekend 11-7.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
• Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
