We're currently seeking a highly organized Road Service Advisor to join our growing service department. In this role, you'll coordinate our field service operations by scheduling service calls, supporting our mobile technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely communication throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate mobile service calls for a diverse customer base.
- Dispatch field technicians and manage daily service schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate repair progress, recommendations, and updates with customers.
- Liaise with mobile service technicians to monitor repairs and address any scheduling or service challenges.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone inquiries, and customer messages.
- Explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Open, update, and close work orders while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records.
- Work closely with the Service Manager, technicians, and parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of customer service or service advisor experience.
- Previous experience in the equipment, construction, agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment industry is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping, or compact equipment is required.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum OSSD or equivalent (GED). Post-secondary education or technical certification is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
