Baxter County Road & Bridge is seeking a full time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team! The qualified candidate will be able to operate at least two of the following machinery in a skilled manner: Road Grader, Track Loader, Backhoe, Excavator, Large and Small Rollers, Single and Double Axle Dump Truck, Brush Chipper, Water Truck, Forklift, Tractor with Pull Behind/Side Arm/Front End attachments, Skidsteer, OTR Tractor with Drop Deck/Drive On Trailer.

Normal work hours will be Monday thru Thursday from 7 am to 5:30 pm, but candidate must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays during road emergencies and inclement weather. This position will require work in extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain and snow.
