As a Roadside Assistance Coordinator you'll be at the heart of our operations, solving problems, making quick decisions, and building meaningful relationships with our customers and field technicians.

In this role, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring trucks, trailers, buses, and equipment are back on the road quickly and efficiently. You’ll take the reins from the first call to the final resolution, guiding every step of the process and delivering exceptional service that sets us apart.

What You’ll Do

• Be the First Point of Contact: Answer inbound calls from customers in need of immediate assistance.
• Coordinate Repairs: Log job details in our dispatch system, assign the right technician, and oversee the repair process from start to finish.
• Communicate: Provide updates to customers and technicians through check-ins and emails, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
• Handle Administrative Tasks: Process payments, issue purchase orders (POs), and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Oversee active repairs to guarantee superior customer experiences.
• Resolve Issues: Be proactive, honest, and resourceful in managing challenges for customers and technicians alike.
• Follow Up: Communicate with customers, technicians and vendors on a day after basis to ensure everything went smoothly.

• Good Money: We pay hourly (approx. $680 base) + 7% uncapped a pool commission which is split among all team members which averages $300-500 week each for a total approximate weekly pay of $900-$1200 week in your first year.

About Us

Interstate Fleet Services is a family owned and operated emergency roadside assistance company with over 26 years of experience in the industry who services commercial vehicles on the roadside nationwide. Our office is located in heart of Horsham, PA inside the Babylon Business Park where we operate a beautiful 20 person call center, a maintenance shop for our service trucks and offices for our operations, accounting and HR team.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
