Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Robotics Engineer to join our humanoid robotics team. You will play a key role in designing and developing advanced robotic systems, focusing on precise control mechanisms for hand and finger movements. Your work will support our mission to integrate cutting-edge technology with human-centric design, driving innovation in robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Create and implement control algorithms for precision motor and servo systems, particularly for robotic hand and finger functionalities.
- System Integration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to merge hardware and software solutions using ROS, Arduino, and simulation tools like Gazebo.
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of robotic components in both simulated and real-world environments.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation and share insights with the team to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas to enhance our self-learning robotics platform and integrate visual reinforcement techniques into our products.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with ROS, Arduino, and the Gazebo simulation platform.
- Solid background in mechatronics and expertise in servo control and precision motor systems.
- Proven track record of developing control algorithms for complex robotic systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with visual reinforcement learning and self-adaptive robotic systems.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in humanoid robotics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for innovation in robotics.
