About The Role
CCTV Control Room Operator
A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for CCTV Control Room Operator, who will work at our prestigious client site.
You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.
We require Officers to be PSA licenced and hold a Door Supervisor/Security Guarding PSA
Duties as a CCTV Control Room Operator
- Responsible for the actively monitoring the health safety and welfare of all officers across the Estate
- Acting as liaison with ground teams, clients, or tenants in the event of evacuations, liaison with emergency responders
- Using the clients Emergency Notification System to inform the Estate Management Team of any incidents as they occur
- Ensuring you are fully conversant with procedures across the Estate
- Protection of the information contained within the Security Control room
- Following and implementing daily tasks from management
- Reporting accurately and factually on incidents and accidents on the Estate
- To oversee the health, safety and welfare of all visitors and staff on the Estate, using CCTV systems
Job role requirements as a CCTV Control Room Operator
- PSA Licence - Security Guarding/Door Supervisor
- Previous experience in the security industry is required
- Be customer focused
- Have the ability to remain calm in emergencies and dealing with customers
- Be able to work alone or as part of a team
- Competent level of IT skills
