Roll-Off Class 3Q Route Driver

Go Services Inc. is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Roll-Off Class 3Q Route Driver to join our growing team. The successful candidate will operate roll-off trucks to transport and service waste and recycling containers for commercial, industrial, and construction customers while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport and service waste and recycling bins
• Complete scheduled collection, delivery, and container exchange routes efficiently
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure loads are properly secured and transported in compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate route, service, and inspection records
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and provincial transportation regulations
• Keep equipment clean and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company in a professional manner

Requirements

• Valid Class 3Q Driver’s License with air brake endorsement
• Current and Clean 3-year driver’s abstract
• Previous experience operating roll-off trucks or heavy commercial vehicles preferred
• Strong understanding of safe driving practices and applicable transportation regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently
• Physically capable of climbing in and out of the truck and performing job-related tasks throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
• Strong communication and customer service skills
