We're looking for a motivated Roof Claims Specialist to join our team and become an expert in roof inspection and damage documentation. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team, insurance adjusters, and homeowners—conducting thorough inspections, documenting roof conditions, and representing our company during adjuster meetings. What You'll Do

• Develop expertise in roof damage assessment to support our sales team
• Attend adjustment meetings to represent our company's scope of work and findings
• Perform repairability tests to assess roof damage and document results
• Thoroughly document properties and roof damage to support accurate project scoping and estimating
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and arrange ladder assists during inspections
• Serve as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact for homeowners
• Ensure our documentation accurately reflects the full scope of damage and required repairs

What We're Looking For

• Ability to safely navigate roofs and work comfortably at heights
• Confidence and competence handling and setting up ladders
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills—you'll be working with homeowners, adjusters, and our internal team daily
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and inspections
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Prior experience in roofing, inspection, or construction is a plus (but we'll train the right candidate)

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential. Your income grows with your performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
