Duties

• Truss assembly
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output and quality metrics.
• Multi-task skill for different production needs
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and safety procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating machinery and understanding of basic mechanical principles is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• Team player
